With an organizational structure of maintenance managers, team leaders and more than 70 technicians placed at strategically located technical hubs, we cover every need of our Customers’ Wind Turbines within minimum response times.
Recognizing and systematically promoting the skills and potential of our employees is fundamental for us. Every new member joining our team receives special training at specialized training centers in order to get the necessary certifications. All our field technicians are certified by GWO (Global Wind Organisation) as well as from the Wind Turbine manufacturers. Typical training program:
- Safety training in accordance with GWO Standard
- Qualification in electrical and mechanical engineering
- Site induction and practices
- Regular internal and external technical training courses
